This program is offered on an “AS-IS” basis.
We are not responsible for anything at all. Nothing.
Even if we are held responsible, the limit of our
liability is the licensing fees you paid.

ImageXYZ v1.0.1 is licensed, not sold. We
strictly control its distribution. You are not permitted
to re-distribute this software in any form.

Use of ImageXYZ v1.0.1 implies acceptance in full.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

ALL USERS
All users are granted a limited license
to use ImageXYZ v1.0.1.

You may not redistribute ImageXYZ v1.0.1 in any form.

You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, modify or patch the ImageXYZ v1.0.1
executable files or documentation in any way.

REDISTRIBUTION

Redistribution of ImageXYZ v1.0.1 is forbidden.

1) COPIES OF ImageXYZ v1.0.1 OR INFORMATION
APPLICABLE TO ImageXYZ v1.0.1 MAY NOT UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE REDISTRIBUTED.

2) The ImageXYZ v1.0.1 installation program can be
copied in backup form by the rightful license holder to
be held only by that license holder in unmodified form,
complete with the file containing this license information.

3) ImageXYZ v1.0.1 may not be distributed in conjunction
with any other product.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, DESIGNWORKZ
INNOVATIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE
PRODUCT. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE
DEFECTIVE, THE USER ASSUMES THE
RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL
NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR
CORRECTION AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL
DESIGNWOKZ INNOVATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION AND THE LIKE)
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY
TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF DESIGNWORKZ
INNOVATIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Use of this product for any period of time constitutes
your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you
to its contents.
